Who we work with

What is the difference between a tender writer and a bid desk?
A tender writer is typically a freelancer or copywriter who produces the prose response. A bid desk is a full team that handles compliance forms, B-BBEE evidence, pricing schedule, technical response, and submission logistics. TenderPack is a bid desk, not a writer. The compliance side is where most SA bids are disqualified.
Can someone else complete my SBD forms for me?
Yes. TenderPack completes SBD 1, 3.1, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 6.2, 8, and 9 from your compliance profile. You still need to sign the printed forms. We handle Section 3 director declarations, Section 4 state-employee disclosures, B-BBEE evidence, tax compliance PIN, and CSD verification on every submission.
How fast can you turn around a bid?
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from receipt of the tender pack to a fully drafted submission ready for your signature. Rush turnaround (under 5 business days) is available for active Growth and Enterprise clients on a first-come basis. We do not accept rush submissions from new clients in the first month.
Do you handle B-BBEE and CSD documents?
Yes. CSD registration is part of onboarding (we walk you through it or do the update on your behalf if you grant access). B-BBEE certificates, tax compliance status PIN, company registration documents, and bank confirmations are all collected, verified, and included in every submission pack as part of the standard service.
What is the Compliance-Pass Guarantee?
If a Bid Desk submission we prepare is disqualified on a compliance technicality (a missing form, an incorrect signature, a wrong B-BBEE certificate, or any other procedural defect that should have been caught), the next month of your subscription is free. The guarantee does not cover scoring on technical or pricing evaluation, only compliance gating.
Do I have to commit for 12 months?
No. All tiers are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel at the end of any month. We do not offer discounts for annual prepayment because we found it discourages clients from being honest about whether the service is working. If it is not, we want you to leave easily.
Where in South Africa do tender writing services operate?
TenderPack is remote-first and serves clients in all nine SA provinces. The team is based in Hartbeespoort, North West. We do not require in-person meetings to start. Onboarding is one 45-minute call. Tender submissions are uploaded to the eTenders portal or hand-delivered locally where required.
